To say that our sleeping at night has been silent...well just take a look for yourself. It was a rough week of her not wanting to sleep. She would scream and hurl herself out of the crib. She seemed truly terrified, she couldn't tell us why or what had scared her but she would just cling to our necks and not let go. Totally not our 12 hour sleeping since she was 12 weeks old baby! By the 6th night, this Momma and Daddy were E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D. My sweet mom let E come sleep at her house for the night so. Could get some much needed rest. My mom was able to get her down with just 30 min. of crying. Much better than our 4 hour plus! When she came back home we decided that we would just let her cry it out (after we had the doc check her ears just to make sure it wasn't something medical). The next two pictures are from her falling asleep at the door. The first night she slept on the floor the whole night because Ryan couldn't get in the room because she was blocking the door. By the second night he went in and moved her, but at some pont during the night she got up and slept on the floor again.

The next night after w little while of crying she out herself to bed on her rug.

We know she is making her own choice to sleep on the floor, but it is just so hard to see your baby sleeping on the hard wood. We asked her if she wanted to sleep on her couch ( so thankful I had made it!) and she did! She told us that she didn't like her bed. She slept on it for a straight week and then slowly made it ack into her bed. Ryan was on standby to make her big girl bed if needed.

Thankfully, she is back in her bed and we are all getting our much needed zzzz's. And now I have some extra time to plan her big girl room!
