Then Baxter gave us 2 more chickens (they weren't getting along with this rest of his flock).

Then about two weeks ago we started to hear crowing and we HAD to get rid of the roosters. We love our neighbors and we want them to still love us too. The rooster guy came and looked at our flock and took 4 of the 10 chickens. Almost as soon as those roosters were out of the driveway four more roosters began to crow ( they were not the dominate ones before). I mean what are the odds 8 out of 10 chickens were roosters! So, Baxter felt sorry for us and brought us 3 hens( already laying eggs).
Well, the 4 "new" roosters, mainly Baby, did not like the new hens and they began to attack them. We had to commit the roosters to jail ( area under the coop).
Thankfully, the rooster guy came and got the roosters out today. Sadly, Baby was taken away.

And in case you are wondering, E is o.k. with Baby being gone. Thankfully one of the new hens kinda looks like Baby. She asked about the "other" baby twice and not a word since.
