Trying

Eleanor has been a little trying these past week or so. She has been exerting more independence..mostly in the form of refusing to nap or have rest time. I also think that it is taking some time to readjust to being together all day, every day. But sometimes, when it the most trying I have to remember what I have been called to do. To love and nurture E to the best of my ability and to show her Jesus in my actions and reactions. I do know that Jesus has a sense of humor, so all I could do was laugh when this happened...




And when it happened again two days later...







And then of course we had a long talk...and now the baby powder is far out of reach. Actually, there isn't any more, but when I buy a new bottle it will find a home on the top shelf!
